Hard facing weld over lay composite plates are available at hardness range from 52 -67 HRC with various alloying combination to cater mild to severe abrasion & impact wear areas. The major hard facing element shall be Chromium carbide in addition to that other alloying element shall be Nb, V, Mo, Si, B etcfor different applications. We are manufacturing wear parts out of these plates and these plates also available for sale in various size & thickness.
